Beispiel: Qualität der Eisdiele<br />
Mal angenommen, unsere Eisdiele „Rabe“ hätte eine weitere Kundenbefragung, diesmal mit 50 Kunden durchgeführt, so kann man die Ergebnisse beider Umfragen elegant in einem Balkendiagramm darstellen. Wir stellen nun zunächst das Merkmal „Qualität der Eisdiele“ als Tabelle und dann als Balkendiagramm dar.<br />

Wir sehen schnell, dass sich die Einschätzung der Kunden zwischen der ersten und zweiten Umfrage zum Positiven entwickelt hat. Deutlich mehr Kunden bewerten die Eisdiele nun mit „sehr gut“ oder „gut“.</div>
